Books: Sex and the Senses – Physical vs. Mental Health

“Physical health is that condition in which every part and organ of the body transmits to the brain centers the intelligence that “all is well”. For mental health the “all is well” perception is not enough, if limited to the functions of the body. We must find that all is well within the mind itself. That is not possible if our adjustment to society is faulty. As human beings we belong to a group of other human beings in the midst of whom we must take our place with a proper appropriation of our duties and privileges. We are “members of one another” and must learn to adjust ourselves to the world in which we live.”
