Dream Within A Dream
Last night, I dreamed that I awoke and my friend Drew was sitting in a chair at the foot of my bed. He looked at me and said, “You need solar plexus chakra healing“. When I actually awoke this morning, I knew this was a clue I needed to follow. I had no idea what the solar plexus chakra represented, so I did a bit of research.

According to my favorite source, lonerwolf.com, when the solar plexus chakra is healthy, harmonious and functioning normally, we feel balanced confidence, autonomy, and inner drive.
While a deficient solar plexus chakra is passive or energetically “numb,” an excessive solar plexus chakra is energetically aggressive or manic. Here’s a breakdown of the difference between the two:
Deficient = lifeless, sluggish, passive, blocked, inwards (not enough energy flows in)
Excessive = lively, agitated, reactive, aggressive, outwards (too much energy flows in)
Therefore, if you have a deficient solar plexus chakra, you will be more prone to issues such as fatigue, low self-esteem, and poor willpower. On the other hand, if you have an excessive solar plexus chakra you will be prone to egotism, controlling behaviors, and addictions that numb you.
Solar Plexus Chakra healing is the practice of opening, clearing, cleansing, supporting, and strengthening the solar plexus chakra within our bodies. The best way to tell whether you need to undergo solar plexus chakra healing is to pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, actions, and physical sensations within your body.
Today’s affirmation to heal the solar plexus chakra is as follows:
God is gracious. God is all there is. God is love, wholeness, well-being, harmony and order. I am one with God. I am loved. I am lovable. I am whole, perfect health, harmony and order.
Just as this is true for me, I know it is true for my friend Drew. Drew is one with God. Drew is loved. Drew is lovable. Drew is whole, perfect health, harmony and order.
